Do you find it hard to switch off from work?  Do you have racing thoughts at night time? Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed?  Mindfulness is a way to help you stand back from your thoughts, to gain some calm in the otherwise frantic world. Once you have learnt these skills you can then begin to use them in your everyday working practice with your colleagues and others. 

What will I learn?:

  • Theory and Practice of Mindfulness
  • Application of Mindfulness Process’s to self 
  • Range of Mindfulness tools
  • How to apply Mindfulness in life and in your work setting

Who should attend?  Health and social care professionals who work with individual clients who wish to enhance their range psychological skills and interventions.
