This course is the Active IQ Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity. It will be delivered by an experienced tutor from CMS Fitness Courses. YOU MUST HAVE A LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE IN FITNESS INSTRUCTING TO TAKE PART. A copy of your certificate will be required before you can take part. OPEN TO YSJU STUDENTS ONLY.

Completion of this course will allow those working in health and fitness to analyse nutritional habits, learn how to set goals and help improve healthy eating and weight management.

The course is assessed through a multiple choice exam and a workbook. The exam will take place on 19 February.
