Do you find it hard to switch off from work? Do you have racing thoughts at night time? Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed? Mindfulness is a way to help you stand back from your thoughts, to gain some calm in the otherwise frantic world. Once you have learnt these skills you can then begin to use them in your everyday working practice with your colleagues and others.
