The trip is to London to view the matinee performance of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of Julius Caesar at the Barbican Theatre in London on Saturday 2nd December 2017. We will be travelling on the 7:57 am from York and back on the 8 pm from King’s Cross.
Please note places are limited and will be sold on a first come first served basis.
We will be meeting at York Station at 7.30 am (outside WH Smith’s). As we are travelling by train we will not be able to wait for late arrivals. The 8 pm train normally boards 15 mins before departure, so we will meet at King’s Cross outside Starbucks no later than 7:35 pm.
Places cost £5 which is non-refundable. Please note that we will not fund alternative travel arrangements, and if you would like to make other arrangements, please let us know.
Please supply your mobile number, so we have a contact for you.
Are there any medical issues that we should be aware of?
Please note: you may need to buy a travel card, use your Oyster card or use contactless to travel from King’s Cross to the Barbican. The Theatre is near Barbican Station which is two stops from King’s Cross. There will be some free time in London after the performance
