Detailed Description

Ticket includes; transportation to Manchester. Depart YSJ at 07:30,(2.5 hour travel time) Depart for York at 17:00 (2.5 hour travel time)

Return travel to Manchester is at least £30, travel directly to Old Trafford stadium and then onto the Christmas markets with Global Campus!

 

First stop: Old Trafford. We will arrive at Old Trafford Stadium at 10:00am and depart for the Christmas Markets at 13:00. This activity is optional and will require you to pay £16 on the day. The Manchester United Museum & Stadium Tour takes you on a football journey behind the scenes of the world’s most iconic stadium. If you do not wish to go on this tour there are plenty of other ways to spend your morning in this lively area.

The Christmas Markets are located in 10 different spaces around the city, each with its own distinct character and atmosphere. With nearly 350 beautifully festooned stalls and chalets spanning 10 distinctive market sites across the city centre, the Christmas Markets are free and accessible to all.

Soak up the atmosphere and follow the market trail as it winds through the city centre, tempting you with gifts, crafts, jewellery, clothes and toys. The choice is getting bigger every year.
